I'm currently looking at getting a cutting board that has either prep
dishes or colander. How big should the prep dishes be ? I've seen boards
with 2 to 3 prep dishes. Can't seem to choose , do i want 2 or 3 prep
dishes embedded into the board (can be removed from the board , to dump
on to the dish you are cooking )I've seen a colander that is pretty good
size. Should colander be made out of metal or plastic ?

separately. If I use a cutting board, that's all I want is a
cutting surface, not other things in my way. Scoop the stuff off
the cutting board and into separate dishes, if need be.-sw
