  1. Just wanted to say a big thanks to Sherpa Dom for guiding us through
the wilds of the Peak District last weekend - great to meet someone
    else off the forum!

Hop to see you next time we're up there mate - if you're ever down our
way maybe we can show you - ahem - Walbury Hill or Coombe Hill?

    Cheers

    Anth

I enjoyed it too, we had a good day out. It was fun to meet the county
top obsessed team from Wheresthepath - even the one who doesn't really
    like walking!

I'll have to see if I can get a visa for Berkshire :-)

Did you do Stockport on the way home?

You haven't had a sneaky expedition without telling the rest of the group,
    have you?

  4. Dominic - Justin insisted that he and Cat went straight home as he was
tired, but Jim and I carried on and did both Stockport tops - Robin
Hood's Picking Rods (strange ancient monument) and Mellor Moor (a nice
little hill with great views and a big wooden cross). Both quick but
    fun.

Paul - it was arranged on the group - keep your eyes peeled!

    Cheers

You had a very fruitful weekend then. I might take a look at the Robin
one myself as it is quite close to a walk I've been contemplating.

But we didn't mention Wales Anth so Paul wouldn't have seen it :-)
