  1. No pain except my upper quad has slight hint of pain. I saw two girls
who were new runners. They were walking this hill. I put on the jets
and powered up hill. I kept running for 2kms and skipped breaks and
kept looking over my shoulder. I tried to run nice and slow for
remainder of run. Running at this pace isnt much different than
walking. I want to hurt when I run. I want to push myself. It is so
    boring to run so slow.

We *want* you to hurt when you run. Maybe other times too. You have
    our full support.

You should change the title of the thread. If you ran two km without a
break, you are not running using the Galloway method.

I'd add some broken glass inside your shorts and/or socks and feel the
hurt. You can then show the babes how hardcore you are with sliced and
diced schlong. Trolling with your ego is so lame.

If you want to run to improve than sometimes you'll have to run
"slow". Otherwise you could (depending on your heart rate) peak early
and not do as well as you like. If not though I believe it's your
    choice.

He has been pissin' and moanin' about this for more than a year. He has
yet to use any common sense. I find it hard to believe that he can be
that big a dimwit and why I think he is only trolling.
