  1. Anyone do it? A la Nolan Shaheed?

    Of course I know most don't, and all the reasoning about metbolism,
    etc. Just curious if anyone else gets by on one healthy meal a day.

    I once knew a guy who moved like a gazelle well into his late 60's.
    Great runner. Just one meal a day.

  2. Most of the time, I have only one meal a day (dinner), although I do
    eat a light carb, eg, muffin, etc, for breakfast with coffee.

    If I eat during the day, I get very sleepy and lethargic; although
    exceptions are made in regard to a donut with more coffee, later in
    the day.

  3. Usually I will eat a very light breakfast, and a decent sized dinner.
    I found I run a faster 5k if I don't eat too much the day of...

    I usually eat only supper. When I eat breakfast or lunch, I'm very
    hungry all day.
