Hey man. Last I checked in I mentioned a knee matter, turned out to
be a Level II Grade Ligament Sprain (which involves a minor tear).
With that news I was down for 14 days but I consistently ran last week
clocking about 40 miles, feel 95%, simply can't just yet dig & propel
off the ball strike. To protect myself from my own competitive juices
I am not racing Scotland, but I am going to be at the race as a fan.

I'll look for you, do you have one of those snazzy Green uniforms of
your running club? You're wearing that Fila green flat right?...so
you're kind of matching now too? But you wear hats and sunglasses
and all that stuff so you're hard to spot.

I might give Brooklyn 1/2 a whirl, not sure. Also thinking about
racing on Donovan's Turf in the Newport 10K in Jersey City in
May...which would be interesting because I am schedule to race in that
Bay to Breakers 12K a week later in SF.

Some love to Brooklyn and this Brooklyn Runner's Blog
    http://feministrunner.blogspot.com/
(Goal? To live up to her bib's high expectations)

There are some pretty good Runner's Blogs popping up...I love this guy
    http://runningdoctor.blogspot.com/
"My wife is living with her Lesbian girlfriend. I am overworked in a
job that I hate. I run and blog to deal with the above. I run to be
the fastest guy in town". -31-year old resident physician on the verge
of divorce. - Father of two wonderful kids that I don't see nearly
enough. - Anxious, poorly adjusted soul, although you wouldn't know it
if you met me. - A twisted miler running for my life.

I'll look out for you Pendy.

Newport 10k is a dead flat course. If you get cool conditions it will
be pretty fast. The crowd is small enough that you can line up right
behind the Kenyans (it's a $$ race, so a bunch show up)

    Cheers,

No. I'm not running for or with them.

This'll help: I'll be the guy not squinting. The one in the hat and
    sunglasses.

In the nekkid or clothed division?
