Wow modom or should I say modem..you have some words in there.

I hope D is ok with your voyeuristic lunch episode. LOL

Did you sit in/on the deck furniture for at least an hour before you bought
it? We have purchased a load of the stuff over the years that we later
    discover doesn't *sit* so well.

Don't write more checks than the house is worth. The next owner will redo
everything anyway. Just where is Cowz Hill?

Your chicken actually sounded pretty good. Used chicken with organic
chicken sausage sounds like somewhat of a dichotomy though. Where is the
    picture?

Spring is a magnificent time of year! We usually get to see the
roadrunners in the yard..they are a very cool critter. Did you know they
can kill a rattlesnake? They whip 'em to death. And they nest high up in
a tree... they climb. I always assumed they nested on the ground since
    they don't fly much.

I read it all and am now wondering ..what did he ordered for D??

Not for an hour, no. But I found the place when I visited New York
last month, sat satisfied on the chairs there, and came home to count
my nickels. I don't recall the store's name right now.

65 miles ENE of Dallas, give or take. My relationship with this house
is not defined only by real estate pinciples, but I take your point.

No picure this time. The used chicken was organic, too, just marked
    down for quick sale.

I've seen only one roadrunner hereabouts, and that was 10 years ago or
more. But I have seen bluebirds, inca doves (I hope I got that name
right), and several other unusual (to me) critters.
