Joy Nash is easily twice as fit as Lynne McAfee. For example, Joy can
probably get completely off of the ground when she jumps. I agree
that you can be relatively fit while still being fat, but Lynne isn't

Nash is also quite a bit younger than McAfee, I think. Makes a big
