  1. Lately, I am eating more chocolates than usual. The chocolates I take
are usually above 50% dark, some with a mix of raisin n rum, some
    plain.

My weight is still steady between 49 and 50kg. I am feeling the
    effects on my face, pimples!

I am trying to stop, but these chocolates are addictive.

Will my weight suddenly balloon as there seemed to be no effect so far?

I suppose it's a question of how much you take in. If your "more than
    usual" is the
difference between one square (5g) and two (10g), probably not. If
    your usual is 3 ounces
and your extra is 8 ounces..., well you get the idea.

On the pimples, I think that's been pretty thoroughly debunked by now.
    Maybe
it's something else (hormones, season, etc).
