Quizno's nutrition sheet ?

It doesn't list the prime rib sub (probably too new), but the steakhouse
signature sub will put you in the ballpark as to the nutritional breakdown.

Ted, think about how NICE it would be if you bought a roll of your choice,
for example a split "French" roll. Grilled a (thinly sliced, maybe 1/4-1/2
inch thin slice from the butcher ) to fit the roll. Darn they aren't hard
to make and you can top the toasted rolls with whatever you like.

It can't be too bad. Quizno's makes the whimpiest sandwiches on
earth and the most deceptive advertising practices (like showing
a sandwich overflowing with meat). Like so:

The only problem is: 9pm, no french rolls in the house and no prime rib
(or acceptable substitute) in the house. Quiznos is convenient and the
subs ARE good.

care what kind of steak it us. Now if you want to thinly slice a

You've obviously never worked in a restaurant that served a true ribeye
sandwich. 1/4-1/2 inch is typical on a nice crusty "french" roll". I know,
I worked in one. It was delicious. Not every single thing has to be thinly
sliced deli meat. Not every restaurant is a "deli".

Call and ask at the corporate office. I agree that nutritional info
isn't available for Quizno's food, which is why I refuse to eat there.
Subway's nutritional info is easy to find via their web site, so I don't
know why one of their biggest competitors can post that info too.

Let's face it though, you don't need to be a nutritional expert to know
that a prime rib sandwich is probably loaded with fat and calories. Why
would you eat that, but not a McDonalds burger?

ones in their ads?

And, pretty much all the fastfood joints have commercials that show they
think their customers are gluttons (Hardee's being the prime example) or
idiots (Sonic currently the most irritating). I must admit, I am amused by
the Jack-in-the-Box "stoner" ordering at the drive-thru.

STL. It was cooked to my liking (medium-rare), on buttered, toasted Italian
hoagie; pickle, tomato and lettuce, on the side, and a pile of thick cut
