A cocksucking crossposter and spammer to boot. Not the worst crossposter I've ever seen. At least the newsgroups are
OT. There's no wrestling or astronomy or anything.--

I used the search provided at that URL.
Result: «"high protein"+"low calorie" - did not match any documents.»A few days ago, I went to "Ask Yahoo!" to ask "What food has the most
protein with the fewest calories". No answer yet. -

Calories aside, you get huge amounts of nitrogenous nutrients (proteins) in
fish, and some fats that are essential and desirable (though not the
pollutants many fish absorb).Word to the wise: Drink lots of water too if you eat a lot of fish, or risk
inducing gout (forced excess-nitrogen precipitation).(Water, not Scotch.)

I had a bout with gout. The little green pills are never far from me.
I drink cranberry juice as a preventative.
You can get a list of foods to not eat from Permanente. You wouldn't
believe what's on that list. I ignore it.-- ________________________________________________________________
