There was an article in my local Pittsburgh Post-Gazette this Sunday
about how thirty year olds eat most of their meals at restaurants.

This type of lifestyle maybe should carry a Surgeon General's warning.
Although, on second thought, we have a favorite Thai - sushi place
    we could
stand to patronize almost daily : )) The choices are fairly
    healthy, the prices
    reasonable
    - not like a long Interstate trip when the choices are the same old
    chains,
    or mediocre mom and pops.

It would not be an option to people living in small towns, but mid sized
city is more likely to have a selection of decent places that offer good
food and are not expensive. The people I know who never use their kitchen
do not eat at the franchise fast food places. They are in their mid 50s
and both seem to be in good health. She looks darned good.
