So i've this blueberry muffin recepie, and it's a pretty good one. The
only thing is, it's a little bland. I would like to sweeten the muffin
part a bit more, but i can't seem to come across a way to do so. Any
suggestions?

nice. Or top with streusel or coarse grind sugar -

I use the Versatile Muffin recipe from the Laura Secord cookbook. The last
time I made added blueberry muffins to it I found them lacking. I had
forgotten he sugar. -
Got a nice recipe for blueberry and banana cake.
Maybe try a mashed nana or two for sweetening.LadyJane

Compare your sugar amount to this recipe. Also, you can sprinkle sugar on
top of the batter before baking.Jordan Marsh's Blueberry muffins.
1/2 cup butter
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups blueberries (frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup milk
sugar for toppingCream butter and sugar; add eggs and mix well. Sift dry ingredients and add
to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Fold in blueberries.
Pour into paper-lined muffin pan, dividing whole batter among 12 cups, and
sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes,
sometimes takes a bit longer if batter is relatively cold from using frozen
berries (don't need to defrost them). Cool in pan
