  1. I just fried some flounder and it came out moushey. I mean it was like
    pureed. What happened? Anybody?

    Breaded and fried.

    A couple minutes per side in a saute pan. Flounder fillets are really thin.
    That's all you did wrong. Next time, higher heat, shorter cooking time.

    *Which* flounder did you fry? "Dover" Sole tends to fall apart.....
    find a thicker one, you might like it better.

    ICK.... just dust with flour, if you must (I don't) and fry/sauté in
    butter. Don't over cook.
