    Absolutely. I shop at Costco. I don't ask any questions of the
    employees. I just assume they'll say "I don't know, read the label".
    The people who give out the food samples are knowledgeable. They aren't
    employees, they are subcontracted.

    Welllllllllllllll, not always! Mom and Auntie, the Demo Dollies, and
    all of their blue-haired compatriots know exactly as much as what is
    listed on the label - sometimes less. If you ask any one of them (and
    this is one of the Sacramento stores, can't speak for all Costcos),
    they'll tell you to read the label. If they tell you there's no wheat
    in a product, and turns out there is, you can imagine the liability.
