my meals are varied everyday = chinese, indian, japanese, korean,

more veggies than meat. I eat yogurt few times a week. though i enjoy
hot chili very much.
rice is staple food, so i take more brown rice whenever i could. i
often cook organic wholewheat, green tea buckwheat, brown rice noodles
at home. (i can't cook rice, im so blur). once a week fast food for
craving
I believe variety is important. sometimes our body needs fire, balance
of ying/yang.
i Drink amachazuru (Jiao Gu Lan) herbal tea regularly cause it cures
my cough/flu/fever quickly
i try to avoid foods with conditioning and preserving chemicals like
sodium benzoate, or anything with colouring/flavoring and anything
with E-code chemical , like MSG or sunset yellow etc....

as pill bases often carry too much as it is.
A bowl of blueberries or a berry concentrate (nearly free) every day
Sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts,
pecans, coconut every day.
Avoid simple sugars most of the time.
prefer rice and oats to other grains.
Avoid wheat for months at a time
Mostly avoid fried foods.
Always avoid dried milk products.
Avoid corn oil
