Surely there must be a rule that gives us some time to mourn such a day as yesterday without someone kicking us while we are down!!

The Rest Day Race will be held in the local hospital where all 3 riders will line up on their beds in the corridors and be pushed by hospital staff!

What a rough day for Aussie cycling...

What was the time limit that McEwen failed to achieve ?

If Vino comes back from being inferior to being vastly superior then no one is going to believe it. (It would be about as believable as Cadel and Levi competing for the most combatative rider prize.) Floyd did the pheonix from the ashes last year and look what happened to him. I hope that the vampires are keeping a close eye on Vino with a view to some snap blood tests. They tried that at the Vuelta last year but Vino was already up early and hiding on the team bus and conveniently missed the test.

Kashechkin as well which suggests a team that is playing very dirty still. Not to mention Mazzoleni and Kessler. Anybody know who their team doctors are?

I suspect Astana and Caisse to start looking alot better in the coming days.

Vino is a little weak from injuries don't you think? If he get's stronger it would only make sense.

Vino is well known for being explosive one day and then sadly average the next without injuries.
This is why I question his ability to win the tour,however Vino would definitely have the balls to dope, if anyone does, under the circumstances and present environment.
He is highly competitive.

I say we let Vino replace as much as he lost..... sounds fair to me
