I just received my new Nimbus Delux 36" today. I got it assembled, shortened the seat post a bit and tried it out on a school parking lot with no obstacles. I am unable to freemount without standing on a curb. It came with the 125mm cranks installed, but I bought the 150mm cramks also. The trouble is, I don't have the crank removal tool to change to the longer cranks. I was able to ride several times. It is so smooth compared to my Torker 26". I think that shortening the seatpost a bit more and using the 150 cranks, I will be able to mount easier. I will need to lower the seat for the longer cranks anyway. Is there a safe and easy way to remove the cranks without the special tool? I ordered the tool, but it will probably take 10 days to get here (Alaska) I can't wait that long to get riding comfortably!!!

I put on 170mm cranks and can easily freemount now. What a difference that made. I'll get used to the longer cranks, then switch to 152mm, then the 127mm.
