I thought Hincapie had retired, rbr hasn't kept me up to date, so I was very suprised to see him finish 3rd. I don't remember him being a TT guy. Does this seem suspicious to you? Everyone kind of knows, who will finish more or less where on these types of things, and I didn't see any buzz about Hincapie on this.

Hincapie is done. He might as well be a prologue TT specialist now, because that's about all he's good for. He crashes like a freak in P- R (if he's even there) and gets blown out on the high mtn stages in the tour ... but he'll dominate Redlands next year for HealthNet.
Moreau will soon obliterate the competition, Vino sandbagged the TT, and Valverde is stronger than he appears. Levi will carry water for Gusev.
