There was a music festival in Crested Butte Friday and Saturday, so I went. Friday I went up solo and met a friend, Keith to do a quick 401 ride before going to the show. It was very nice, but already a little dry for this time of year. Hopefully the July pattern will bring a little more moisture before it catches fire. I felt a little off on the first climb but felt much better for the second where I redeemed myself a little. While on that first climb we bumped into another friend, also named Keith who was doing Snodgrass, 403, and 401 on his single speed. That's a big day! We had a pretty uneventful ride with no crashes or mechanicals. There were some other trail users but it was definitely not crowded.
Then Sunday I took the singlespeed up to ride the Crest and then down S. Fooses Creek trail which was a blast! No photos though, I was just trying to do it as quickly as I could.

Nice pics! You need to shrink them though for faster downloads. For example, Nino K's Bosnia pics look just as good and downloaded eons faster.
