Fo several years i swam using Velcro attached to two bungy cords around my ankles. They were a great
workout and more importantly, great for my back. Now I can get them/
Anyone know where we can get them?

I've done a little tethered work with some of my swimmers. I bought surgical tubing from a local Dr.
(He, his wife & both children swim for
me. His wife also does the purchasing for the clinic. Contacts, well, don't suck) and got velcro
from a sewing supply store. You might try checking for something like that - cut to fit.--Mike
