ITV2, I believe. Although I imagine the prologue and stage one will be on
    the BBC as well.

ITV4 according to the trailer I've just seen.

Definitely ITV4 on Saturday and Sunday. They are transmitting earlier
than normal especially for the Tour.

    What about daily live, though?

Morning had broken, and there was nothing left for us to do
    but pick up the pieces.

That should mean a lot of youngsters being introduced to the sport then!

I rather suspect that this will require DingoVision or its functional
    equivalent.

Will there be any way to watch it on the computer?

It will be worth checking with the usual suspects. France 2 or 3
sometimes show streaming cycling, as do Eurosport & RAITre. LeTour have
a link-up with Utube this year but I don't know whether there will be
live streaming or just highlights. Cycling.tv have a dedicated TdF site
    which costs.
I got the portable satellite receiver & dish from Lidl's the last time
they sold them so I'll be spoilt for choice in my K-------n waiting for
    the riders :-))

Are you sure they do? I can't find it, although I do find
    cyclingtv.com confusing

It looks as if cycling.tv aren't showing the Tour this year after all -
before they changed the site there was a Tour box to click but it has gone.

will give you some options maybe.
