    hey, i cracked my rim yesterday, and today when i sat down to switch my
    kh rim to koxx rim i didnt get off my left crank.
    the right one came of easily, but the left one is stuck.

    how can i get it of?

    Were you using the self extracting bolts in the centre of the crank?
    With the extractor ring in place the crank should be pulled off as you
    undo the centre bolt. If the extractor ring isn't there put the bolt
    back in and install an extractor ring, you can use the one form the
    other crank or buy a new one, and then un-dop the bolt again, it will
    pull straight off.

    i had the extractor ring on, but when i had pulled it half way off, it
    stuck.
