  1. Has anyone seen a table of the contents of various available carotenoid supplements? I'm not just
interested in beta and alpha carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin, and lycopene, but as many components as
possible including astaxanthin, zeaxanthin, cryptoxanthin, phytoene, etc. Alternatively if a table
is not available, has anyone seen a very broad-based carotenoid supplement made from natural
    sources? Stuart//

Yeah! It is called pumpkin paste.

Just thought that you might want to know. 🙂

Add pumpkin paste to the tomato paste and virgin olive oil in your spaghetti sauce. I've heard of
it. It's not a supplement you can take with you on a two week business trip though. Shorter business
trips are not a problem because carotenoids are stored in body fat for almost two weeks -- but it's
true with a few cooking tricks many supplements are not needed. Stuart//

Could be because I invented it. 🙂
