  1. A little while ago, I asked for advice on Brompton dynamo lights, and then
    went ahead and did what I was going to do anyway. :-)

    I did say I'd report back, though.

    It was suggested to me that the standlight on the Lumotec Plus is not very
    good compared to that on the Oval Plus. I agree. However, the Lumotec Plus
    fits beautifully into the space under the front carrier block when
    combined with the Schmidt bracket intended for mounting an E6 on a
    Brompton (this is SJSC item #11620 - incidentally, Robin Thorn was
    extremely helpful when I was assembling this order).

    I'm not entirely convinced that the Brompton wiring looms get you anything
    a nice solid piece of speaker cable wouldn't, though, apart from useful
    cable routing suggestions.

    Do get the Brompton rear light, a regular D-Toplight Plus is a... snug
    fit.
