distance

well it would depend your speed, just get a bike whtever that tells how
far you've gone in x amount of time, then take the average, and you'll
know how fast you go on average x miles per x seconds.

Yeah, it depends on ur speed, and the terrain your riding. Id plan On at
least 2.75 hours to go 30 miles on flat ground. And that's at a steady
speed. I did 28 miles on hilly, but smooth terrain, and it took 3 hrs,
58 min.
