Where do the companies get there chamois. Do they have no name companies make there shorts. I know some do everything in house but where do they get there chamois.

Actually, I thought about sawing my own shorts or TT suits and wasn't able to find any info on the internet. Best thing to do is probably work for one of those companies and learn their secrets that way. 🙂 -
Thanks for the reply. I was just finding companies that make the chamois. You see so many types of chamois out there. You don't see the same chamois in the shorts from different companies.

They supply Assos and several other manufacturers.Trevira makes chamois, or at least the special fibers and textiles for several brands of shorts.

Does that mean moving to China and getting paid about three dollars a week for sewing 50000000 chamoisssssess?
That'll be worth it so I can eventually make my own, rather than pay 70 bucks every now and then.
