Well if it isn't old splitting-anodized-rim showing its ugly head! That could not occur as a result of a flat unless the rim were made of glass. Aluminum rims bend unless its a fatigue crack, and this looks like the classic cracking of an anodized rim the way we had them here when Mavic introduced the trend..
