  1. Anyone know of a source for said item?
Lots of 1.125 risers and some 1.0's, but I can't find any for 1.25.
I beat up a disc in my back and both the Doc. and PT say I need to bring my
bars up a couple of inches. Easy on my fast bike and rain bike, but I'm
struggling with our tandem since the stem is already on the rise.
My next-best solution is one of these risers, if I can find one.

    Thanks,

  2. FYI for informational/archive purposes.
    Satana has these.

I'm *almost* positive you mean Santana.

Absolute worst-case scenario - get a head tube reducer to neck it down
to 1 1/8, and replace the stem, headset and fork. You could leave the
steerer uncut, and if that's not high enough, extenders are easily
    available in that diameter.

Yep, "Santana", must've been typing too fast, oops:-]

  6. Yeah, I noticed those reducers and thought about that idea.
Pretty pricey thou'. I'm really glad Santana has an extender they sell for
    $40!

Depends if you've ever been on the wrong end of some of BillM's marketing
    spiel :-)

    cheers,
