called: "Bianchi Pholcus" in lates 80´s. A yellow Mountainbike.
Especially the Price of the Bike is interesting for me - because mine
was stolen last week - so i have to tell the ensurance a price.
thanks in advance

USA model? Doesn't sound familiar. Every Bianchi division ( USA,
Canada, EU, Chile, etc) has different models. Can you refer to a posted
photo or describe frame and components?--

It´s an EU Model. I have it buied in Austria. This Time the Internet
wasn´t grown up^^. So its very difficult to link to a image or even an
describe of the bike.
Here are a few bits i know:The Series have 4 Bikes with the same Frame. In four "lightpen"
colors. ( green, yellow, orange, pink). The lowest model was called
something like "The**" Second one was mine: calles Pholcus, Third and
fourth i didtn remember anything. All of them got stickers with
spidernets on it. The Frame ist compareable to the ""normal"" frame
but with an third pole from the backwheel to the steering wheel. The
top pole ist split into two. It has an 21-shimano gear.i know that isnt to much..but i still hope ,)
thanks

I don't see much response to this thread so I figure that though I have
no knowledge on the subject I could give some quick google insight. The bike you had seems to have been a Puch. Puch was bought by Bianchi
so the logo might have been changed. The "lightpen" color bands seem to
be a Puch logo. Maybe you can get more information in this thread.
Hopefully the language will be acceptable.
http://bikeboard.at/Board/forumdisplay.php?f=42I also saw this.
http://bmxmuseum.com/bikes/puch/P.S. You probably shouldn't have started your thread with "Re:" which is
short for "Regarding" and implies a response to an existing post. -

FlexFor insurance purposes, one tradition is that the value of the stolen
bike is the same as the value of the bike you want as a replacement.Donga
