I don't think you'll find a rack bag to fit anything that narrow - I'd
be inclined to use a stuff-sac and a couple of bungees instead, but that
may not be suitable depending on what you want to carry.

I use a Topeak rack bag on my Tortec Ultralite. It required a bit of
modification* but fits nicely now.

* - the rack bag has a plastic base that is designed to slot into the
matching Topeak racks. This needs a grove cutting (a round file works
nicely) so as not to interfere with the central cross bar on the rack. It's
then held on with a strap threaded between the plastic base and the fabric
of the pack.

On my Tortec Ultralite rack, when not using panniers, I use a Carradice
Prima Top Bag. It's a little bit wider than ideal for the rack - but still
it's easy enough to fix on with the four velcro straps. The bag is
lightweight and excellent value for money; the pockets are particularly
handy. Not very large - but you can strap extra things on top when full.

Check out the Arkey Tailrider at www.panniers.com - I've got one and
quite frankly there's nothing else out there that comes anywhere near
it for size, weight aand flexibility.

It's heavier and larger than the Carradice Prima Top Bag, and more expensive
if you have to import it from the USA.

Hopefully on friendly terms with Matt B., the other permanent resident

I got the Arkel Tailrider from Arkel - You can order it on their
website (www.panniers.com) - shipping costs about GBP12.00 I think and
takes about 4 or 5 days max. I regularly use it on my Trice T, My
Specialized Stumpjumper and on my Birdy. Very light, loadsa
organising space, waterproof cover built in (although not usually
needed as it has waterproof zips). The top lid expands endlessly and
it can take a lot of stuff. Very tough and does me perfectly. (Just
in case you hadn't guessed by now I love the Arkel stuff - sad I know
but I do like owning things of quality.

Bikefix in the Uk sell it at £55 plus postage which appears expensive at
£15, but I guess if you are buying a few things it may average out.
