No, I think he's looking for a set, err seat, that two people can sit on. Of course, that's

Can be, but there are things like the Xtracycle that are designed, among other things, to serve as a
passenger-seat:

They claim a 200 pound cargo capacity, and this is a rather radical solution to the seat problem of
the original poster, but it would seem to work. They even have optional foot rests for sale.

I think the poster was inspired by the banana seats of yore, but I don't know of anything quite like
that for the adult market (they weren't really for carrying two people, but more for making one bike
more likely to fit a growing child for a longer time).

Now that I think back, I did see a funky saddle on a cruiser in my LBS back when I bought my
mountain bike. It looked like a normal giganto-soft cruiser saddle, but it has another "tail"
attached to the back of the thing. Was this a banana saddle? The thing looked like it weighed as
much as my new bike did, but my dad said it was comfy.
