The only Baron's I have ridden belonged to others, so I did not risk
crashing by trying to ride no-handed.
The handlebars on an Earth Cycles Sunset want to swing side to side
from pedal steer when I try to ride no handed - you should be able to
feel this if you hold the ends of the bars very lightly with your
fingertips while pedaling.

Balance is not a problem, but the trike will usually not track in a
straight line no handed.
I have not had the change to ride a moving bottom bracket bike, such
as the Flevo.
