Integrated headset for 1" fork

I believe Chris King makes headsets to convert 1 1/8 into 1". However, chris king headsets might cost more than buying a new rigid 1 1/8" fork. They will pretty much last forever though.

Where do you find that? Is it integrated? I can't see it at Chris King's homepage.

There are adapter headtube sleeves that will convert a standard 11/8" headtube to 1". and one does not need a CK to use with them. He is talking INTEGRATED and there is no such conversion to my knowledge.

Thats right I forgot giant no longer uses standard headsets. They don't use integrated though. They use what is known as zero stack which is really a traditional headset that hides inside the headtube. Integrated actually drops the bearings directly into headtube and the headtube acts as the bearing cups. Either way, there are no converters for zero stack or integrated to change it to 1". Chris King does have their Perdido headsets which can be adapted to zero stack headsets by reaming the headtube a little bit more and can be converted with their parts to 1" but they are almost impossible to get a hold of and requires some skilled modification of the frame. Its not worth it.
