I recently bought a used Trek 710 bike from the early 1980s and I'm having a hard time identifying the computer. The battery doesn't appear to be working in the wireless transmitter and the battery that was in it isn't the correct one.
The computer is a bright yellow with 'Elite' written across the bottom. There's two buttons (one set and one mode) under the display. I have no idea how old the computer is.
The battery in the transmitter was an A-23 but it's not the right one. The FCC ID on the transmitter is 04GSP 10506-T but I couldn't find anything on the FCC's website.
I'm trying to just find the type of computer it is and the battery I need to put in the transmitter to make it work. If anyone has any idea how to help it would be greaty appreciated.
