Real Design wheels: ?????????

I'm curious, too.

www.litespeed.com, if you haven't heard of them.

All I know is that my girlfriend's litespeed came with real designs and the rear hub was crapped out before it was even ridden. It had tons of friction or something like that. Anyway the shop sent it back to get fixed and I believe that took about a year. A friend of mine who has worked as a bike mechanic has also told me that real design wheels are [censored]. I have no personal experiences with them though.

There is no such thing as a bargin carbon wheel. It just does not work. The Real Design wheels are really not great. The rim to carbon fairing bond has some issues and I've already seen a few get twisted and ruined. Not a fan of them. Go Zipp, Cane Creek, Reynolds, or Ritchey.

What's wrong with Mavic Cosmic Carbone or Shimano Carbon 50?
