You can get a couple of different Cervelos complete for a good bit under $2600, Fujis for about $1500 and numerous others.

I believe Omega is based out of the UK. I'm not sure if they import from Asia, but I do know that they do custom spec'ed frames which leads me to believe that they are an
"in house" frame manufacturer...:oand by no means are their frame sets cheap...😕

Ah yes, sorry, wrong company. There was a company with a very similar logo doing $600 titanium frames which were outsourced from Taiwan. These guys look quality.

Campagnolo Record Titanium (the slightly lighter version with Ti bolts)

Yes they are and not as OCR puts it. FWIW top UK time trialist Hutchinson (forgot his first name) campaigns an Omega bike to defend his titles.
That frame is not worth the price advertised.
