Depends on how much you want to spend. I currently have an Azonic DS-1 and I really like it. It
doubles as an XC bike for me. Some other companies I can recommend would be Norco, Balfa, 24 Seven,
Ellsworth and lots of others. The other thing to consider is do you want full suspension or a
hardtail. Go to some online bike shop sites and check them out to see what there is to offer.

Firstly, dual doesn't really exist any more - it's been superceded by 4X.

As for frames, you have so many options. Do you want fs or ht? Alu or cro-mo? Large name
manufacturer or boutique? Expensive or cheap? Is it going to be used exclusively for racing, or will
it be taken out for the odd XC ride?

Short travel FS bikes seem popular with the 4x bunch like the SC Heckler. Coupled with a Progressive
shock they are good sprinters and can take a hit if you case a landing.

my best suggestions.. a Kona Cowan frame .. you can get it from the website.. or from me~ or a cove
stiffie sl... or if you are looking at a suspension DS frame.. go with a norco 4x4 .. a short travel
4" slalom frame.. very nice.

The Specialized Enduro SX is a DS frame. It's only available as a frameset actually.
