I'm trying to find a (lightweight) handlebar for my new bike, the
width should be 38cm (c-c, measured over the place where the levers
are mounted). Additionally, the clamp size must be 31.8mm. So far
I found:
Deda Newton 31.7mm, 40cm o-o: no dealer (in the US) seems to have
those, they are only listed at

Bontrager Race Lite OS

and then some (expensive) Carbon bars, e.g., Zipp SL, Zipp SLC2,
Ritchey WCS Carbon Evolution.
As I intend to have a very lightweight bike (I'm doing a lot of
climbing around here), the Zipp SL seem like a good choice (any
comments on that?). However, I'm not sure whether an aluminium
handlebar would be "better". Is the Race Lite really the only
(lightweight) aluminium handlebar that is available as 38cm (and
31.8mm clamp size)?
On my current race bike I have an 3T Forma which has a different
clamp size, on other bikes I have one Salsa (which has a shape
I don't want on my racing bike), and a Deda Piega (which is very
heavy), so none of those fulfill my requirements.
