Does anyone know if Glen Tilt is navigable by bike all the way from Blair
Atholl to Braemar and if not, how often would one have to get off and push?

except about 3 miles of path north of the Falls of Tarf. The path is
fairly rough and rocky. I used it about 3 years ago and pushed for
about 2/3 or more of that 3 miles.
