Good double jogging stroller?

While you are at it, I would appreciate a discussion on the merits of various SINGLE jogging
strollers.

A first glance, the "Baby Jogger Brand " appears to have many bells and whistles for big bucks.

The "Instep" brand seems much better in terms of price and reasonable on quality.

What do you think?

we really like the Kool-Stride Li'l Deuce we've had for a year. Very well made and light (with the
alloy wheels option). Have run 10ks in about :50 with our 3 yr old and 1 year old and it performs
great. The storage mesh on the backs of the kids is a little small is my only beef.

I cannot afford a Baby Jogger double jogging stroller. I have a bicycle stroller that doubles as a
jogging stroller for my two daughters 7 and 4. Is narrower than the Baby Jogger twinner (or whatever
it is called), and sits lower to the ground. Has a cover to keep out the elements, and storage space
behind the seat. Has a small wheel that sits under the arm that would normally attach to the
bicycle. I only use the wheel for support when stroller is resting, when running I push down on the
handle so that only running on two wheels. Probaly sounds awkward but the weight sits on the axle,
and is not much of a problem.

I bought this at Costco, cost around $110.00, is very light, aluminum tubing. I recently ran a 20k
race (with some real hills) with my 4year old. Worked out well, my back was sore the next day
though. Has 20in wheels. Can fold up pretty easily.

I have a very old Baby Jogger, that was donated by a friend, with 20in wheels. Works great, but
takes some serious work to load in the car (not exactly portable).

I have a single jogging stroller also bought at Costco (made by Bell), has been everywhere. Much
abused in the 4 years have owned it and is a great buy for $100.00. Decent fabric, 16in wheels,
front brake, rear parking brake, quick release wheels, storage under and behind seat, rain canopy,
very light - 16lbs - and robust. Folds easily.
