  1. When ever I pull up really hard on my seat to get good hight, I always
    loose my footing and a foot slides off a pedal. Could this be solved as
    simply as a new pair of pedals? do you have any tips.

  2. tbh it's not the pedals i find with my KH's and coker, it's the shoes. I
    have a pair of vans with the perfect tread on them but i can't get
    another pair 🙁

    They have a left to right ladder tread and works a treat.

  4. I have the same problem with my foot sliding onto my crank when I
    sidehop. I fixed this by pulling up harder on the seat.
