I haven't, but your intriguedness intrigued me.
So I Googled on "Fodor's morocco cycling"
    and this turned up:

    <http://www.fodors.com/miniguides/mgresults.cfm?destination=marrakesh@183&cur_section=fea&feature=30003>

It only talks about Marrakesh, but it's a start.

    Good ol' Fodor's.

I wonder if a visit to The Azores while en route
    to Morocco would be worthwhile?

    cheers,
    Tom

    I haven't but there's a description in Josie Dew's first
book WIND IN MY WHEELS. I've loaned my copy of the book so
don't know all the details. It was very early in her cycling
career (age 18-20 ?). She wanted to cycle to Morocco, failed twice and
made it to Marrakesh on the 3rd try. (England-France-Spain-Morocco)

  4. I was there last year for 7 days of biking. Started and ended in Fez. Did
a circular 3 days route out of Fez, and then a few day trips out of Fez.
This area is spectular, much less touristy than the rest of the country.

If you are interested in a more varied/longer experience, the fellow who I
went to Vietnam with 10 years ago is running a group trip this Spring that
sounds wonderful. If you are interested e-mail me and I will give you his
    name and number.

Sensational biking. Excellent roads, not a lot of traffic. People and
sights are exceptional. This is the
