[font=Times New Roman]I am new to training with intervals and since both my eye sight and memory are going I decided to write a little Excel program that will let me know when my intervals change and what my power should be for my planned interval. I place the PC in front of my trainer, start the macro and get on my trainer and ride. If you like it its yours if not, well toss it. [/font]

    [font=Times New Roman]The first sheet is where you enter your planned intervals: time, cadence, Min % of [/font]

    [font=Times New Roman]FTP and Max % of FTP. Then enter your FTP, paste the name of the trainig program you would like use into the "Select Workout Type", click the “Start Training Button” and you have 30 seconds to get on your trainer. At this time the tab will change and let you know the info for the current interval and what the next interval will be. [/font]
