I'm getting back into cycling after a long hiatus - New Years resolution and all that.
I 've had the computer in the photo attached to my bicycle for quite a while, but for the life of me can't remember what the button functions are.
Has anyone seen this type of computer before, and even better, would there be a link for the instruction manual?

I'm pretty sure that its a Paramount and I think if you do an online search you may be able to find a manual. I think I've seen one linked to here before.
