letter section.

There should be contact info for the editor somewhere in the mag. I've done a couple of short
technical articles for network rags, and always worked directly with the editor.

As Blaine suggested, contact the Editor. Make sure to find out what format/size the photo(s) need to
be. Then just send them off and hope they get published.
Back in the day, the Surf industry mags would only accept 35mm slides. That's all changed now.

Look for the "masthead" inside the first few pages. That's where the editors and staff are listed.
There will often be a blurb about submitting material, text or visual, right there.
