Went down a bit ago. Fortunately had my helmet on. Now there is a 2 inch crack on the side near the back that is barely visible. There is very little movement there. Everything is holding together well. Time to scrap it?

Bike helmets are not ment for multiple strikes. Even if the shell was not cracked it is possible to have damaged the styrofom to the point of it not being safe in the next strike.

Almost every helmet manufacturer recommends replacing a helemt after any type of impact. Many of them have a crash replacement policy where they will sell you a replacement helmet at a greatly reduced price if you send in your damaged one. Check the website for the manufacturer of your helmet. But as others have said; Yes, replace the helmet.
