  1. Hey anyone know of anything you should practice, that would make your
    jumping go way up?

    Like wht muscles it works, (pacifically not just legs)

    Just exercises you can do everday.

  2. For seat out or rolling hop you use your abs a lot, mostly seat out...so
    any ab workout, like situps or pushups or tuck jumps would help there.
    Also your arms and shoulder for pulling the seat up, and maybe your
    quads or hamstrings for bending the legs up, but tuck jumps should help
    a little with that too.

  4. Jumping rope, (jump roping?), will get your legs stronger. Then you
    could probably jump higher that way. I guess.

  6. kk, but on the tucks, it seems that i can only get it so high, then it
    hit my stomach, or something, how do ppl, get so they can like pull it
    up real high, then just normally, how they can jump so high with seat
    it?

  7. Keep your back more straight so you don't hit your stomach when tucking.
    And you can also tuck with the seat a little bit to the side.
