Hey anyone know of anything you should practice, that would make your jumping go way up?
Like wht muscles it works, (pacifically not just legs)
Just exercises you can do everday.

For seat out or rolling hop you use your abs a lot, mostly seat out...so any ab workout, like situps or pushups or tuck jumps would help there. Also your arms and shoulder for pulling the seat up, and maybe your quads or hamstrings for bending the legs up, but tuck jumps should help a little with that too.
