  1. Hi all,
I am in the hunt for a compression wedge that will fit my 1 inch steerer tube. I ordered one from a shop, but it turns out that it was too large for my steerer.

    http://cgi.ebay.com.au/FSA-Alloy-Compression-Wedge-for-1-Carbon-Fork-starnut_W0QQitemZ260071555938QQihZ016QQcategoryZ56196QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Does anyone have the above FSA Compression Wedge? If you do would you be able to let me know what the minimum diameter is? My steerer tube internal diameter is abt 19.6 mm

Could anyone suggest one that will fit?

    Thanks

I can file that one to size by bolting the wedge and then using the bolt as a bit on a drill... then run the wedge on sandpaper.... or....a machine shop should be able to file that one to size.

  3. I'd rather not do any post purchasing mods. But if it came down to it, and I could not find any that fits, then I will try it. Thanks.
