Rooles, I few months ago we were talking about Running, Steve Prefontain, Frank Shorter... etc.. and you mentioned a classic running book published some years ago. I've drawn a blank on the name. Do you remember ?

"Once a Runner" was the book by John L. Parker.
It suppose to be about Frank Shorter and Jack Bachelor training for the 1972 Olympic marathon in Gainesville, Fla., with the old Florida Track Club. Shorter won and Bachelor was, I forget, top 10.
I still get goose pumps thinking about it. It was the classic Rocky for runners.

Parker will release a sequel to Once a Runner called 'Again to Carthage'. It was suppose to be release Fall 2006 but to my knowledge, still not released.
