Are Dura Ace and Ultegra bottom bracket cups completely
intercompatible?
Currently Dura Ace is a bit cheaper than Ultegra at Probikekit because
its on offer. Any reason at all to go with Ultegra?

No reason to not use D-A if they're cheaper. In the 9sp world, there's
a case for Ultegra, but not in the 10sp world.
